Valentine’s Banquet

The annual youth Valentine’s Banquet fundraiser will be Saturday February 11th.

This year promises to have a lot of variety show fun and the auction items that have been donated are better than ever!! Some of the things you can bid on this year include: 2 Ski Trip Packages (Taos and Telluride), a photo session with Allison Harp, numerous tickets to local shows, and so much more. Buy your ticket in the foyer this Sunday for $15. Proceeds go to help students attend mission trips. This year we will be heading to Malawi, Africa, to plant churches in Lilongwe, then back to Chicago for SEMP where our students will be trained to share Christ with their friends, and we will even spend time here in Texas being challenged to grow deeper in love with Him.

We hope that you will join us in supporting our youth at this year’s banquet.

LOVE GOD – LOVE PEOPLE – LOVE IN ACTION

The 2nd annual Grace Giveaway will be on Saturday March 3rd. We need you to clean out your closets for gently worn clothing (all sizes), baby items, and household items. We want to bless those who have a need with good items that we no longer wear or use. This is a time for us to give without expecting anything in return.

At Grace Church we have done many things over the years to reach out to our community – water at Heritage Day, Breakfast with Santa, musical productions, projects with Red Oak ISD, and much more. As the leadership of Grace studied the book Crazy Love last year, we began to think of ways that we could show love for our church body and the surrounding community.

More info will be coming about when to bring the items and other ways you can help. Right now, just start gathering items!

Men’s Breakfast

The Men of Grace invite you to join them for breakfast. There is no agenda. Just a group of men getting together over breakfast.

We meet at the Red Oak Denny’s on the second Saturday of each month.

Next breakfast: February 11th at 8 AM.

The Gathering

What moves God besides prayer? Join us as Grace Church goes to God for the needs of this church, our ministries, and the community at The Gathering. We desire to worship Him creatively and pursue His favor relentlessly on this night of prayer as we ask and seek God to move awesomely in and through us.

This is a monthly service held the last Sunday of each month from 5:00-6:00 PM. We want anyone attending Grace Church to join us for this service.

Childcare provided for infants through 4th grade. 5th grade and up will participate in the prayer gathering.

The next prayer meeting will be Sunday, January 29th.

SCHEDULE:

Christmas break (no youth activities) December 18 thru December 31

SOS – Every Wednesday evening from 7:00-9:00 – We meet in the GCO Youth Room for fellowship, games, worship, and teaching from God’s Word. This is the perfect time to bring a friend! Come check us out. We love Jesus and we’d love to share our lives with you as we serve Him. No SOS on: Dec. 21 and 28 due to our Christmas break. DEC. 14 is MYSTERY WEDNESDAY! Come that night from 6:00 – 9:00 and this month it’s no mystery. It’s our annual Christmas Party!!!!! Mystery Wednesday is usually the last Wednesday of each month; it starts at 6:00 and ends at 9:00.

Life Groups – 7:00 – 9:00 every Sunday evening except the last Sunday of each month, when we have Hang Time. Life Groups meet at designated homes. Snack is served.

Hang Time - 7:00 – 9:00 on the last Sunday evening of each month the youth will all meet at Jeff and Kyndra Reed’s house. Dinner is served.
